A few helpful things to know, from our shop to your doorstep.
Where is Meadow Gift based?
Meadow Gift is based in the USA, and our designs are printed to order by our U.S. production partners.
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is printed just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for standard U.S. shipping.
Checkout shows the estimate for your destination. Weekends and public holidays are excluded, and busy periods can take a little longer. See shipping details.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes—when tracking is available, we’ll email your shipping confirmation after your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door. Carrier scans can take a few business days to appear.
Ordered more than one piece? Your items may arrive in separate packages.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and help with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Because every piece is made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for a wrong size, color choice, or change of mind. Read our returns policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Made a little mistake? Get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and what you’d like to change. We’ll check what’s possible; once production begins, changes and cancellations can’t be guaranteed.
