These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meadowgift.com and purchases from Meadow Gift (“Meadow Gift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return policies.

Store and eligibility

Meadow Gift is an independent online shop operated from Thailand. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information.

Products and made-to-order production

Our products are printed to order through production partners. Product colors, garment-dyed shades, measurements, and direct-to-garment print placement may vary slightly. We try to describe and display products accurately, but screens and lighting can affect color. Props and styling are not included unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of payment problems, suspected fraud, inventory or production unavailability, pricing or listing errors, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices, currency, taxes, and promotions

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown when applicable. Promotions may have eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, or quantity requirements. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer specifically permits it. We may correct pricing or promotion errors before accepting an order.

Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

Shipping, delivery, and risk

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, and production conditions can affect delivery. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, defects, and cancellations

Because products are made to order, returns for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind are generally not accepted. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery are reviewed under our Return and Refund Policy. Order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Intellectual property

The Site, brand identity, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, and other content are owned by Meadow Gift or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with Site security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, production partners, and carriers. Third-party services and websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Meadow Gift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted, and the updated date will appear at the top of the page.
