Made to order

Every Meadow Gift item is printed after you place your order. Production usually takes approximately 2–7 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, temporary garment shortages, or when an item needs to be reprinted after quality inspection.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on the destination and products in your order. For Standard U.S. shipping, carrier transit is commonly estimated at approximately 2–5 business days after production. The checkout estimate is the most relevant estimate for your order and remains subject to carrier conditions.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Free U.S. shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal reaches $55 after discounts and before applicable taxes. Orders below the threshold and destinations outside the eligible area are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation after your order ships. Carrier scans can take a few business days to appear. Orders containing more than one item may be produced by different facilities and arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Address changes and cancellations

Please review your complete shipping address before ordering. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee that an address, product, color, size, or cancellation request can be changed.

International orders

International destinations, when available at checkout, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are not included unless checkout specifically states otherwise and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and any secure delivery area first. If it is still missing, email Meadowgifts.store@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the shipment.
